Download a snapshot

On the Backups tab pick a snapshot, choose Restore, then Download:

• Encrypted file: a link valid for one hour to the snapshot exactly as stored (encrypted). Useful for keeping your own copy; you need Vigavo to decrypt it.
• Decrypted export (requires your 2FA code): a one-time link to the plain file: a PostgreSQL custom-format dump (load it with pg_restore), a MySQL SQL dump, or, for Storage snapshots, a zip of the files.

Every download request is written to your account's audit log. Keep decrypted exports somewhere safe: they contain your data in the clear.
