Alert channels (email, Telegram, Slack, webhook)

Add channels on the Channels page. Which ones you can use depends on the plan (see /pricing):

• Email: your account email is added and verified automatically; other addresses get a confirmation link.
• Telegram: press add, then send the shown /start code to the Vigavo bot.
• Slack: paste an incoming-webhook URL; a test message verifies it.
• Webhook: any https URL; requests are signed with the X-Vigavo-Signature header so you can check they come from us. Private or internal addresses are refused.

Each channel can receive alerts immediately, as a daily digest or a weekly digest. Critical alerts (a new critical finding, an expiring certificate, a failed backup) go out immediately on channels set to immediate.

To avoid floods, the same alert is not repeated within 24 hours, and after three unacknowledged sends it moves to the digest until you acknowledge it: see Acknowledge and snooze.
